Brasif has a significant and diversified portfolio of real estate assets. In addition to commercial leasing properties in Brazil and the United States, in high-valued regions and leased to large companies, Brasif has investments in real estate development and hospitality. Moreover, Brasif has participated in several high-level residential and commercial development projects in São Paulo, Belo Horizonte and Brasília, all already fully alienated. Brasif also has a relevant land bank in locations with high potential value for future real estate development, which will further expand its operations in this sector.

Commercial offices

In Brazil, Brasif has a vast portfolio of leased real estate properties in several cities. Among them, buildings in Leblon and in the Center of the city of Rio de Janeiro, with privileged location and architectures, as well as commercial floors and industrial properties in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Espírito Santo.

In the United States, Brasif holds an 85% interest in four commercial buildings in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, with a private area of ​​27,000 m² and more than 1,000 parking spaces, fully leased to large multinational companies.

Alphaville Brasília

The Alphaville Brasília Project, which Brasif has a 50% stake, was launched in partnership with Alphaville Urbanismo, the largest allotment company in the country. In a privileged location in Brasilia, the site covers an area of 22 million m². The project, after launching all the phases, will create a modern urban complex for a city of up to 200,000 inhabitants, including residential, commercial, leisure and education areas, within a high standard structure.

Avanti Hotels

Brasif has a 95% stake in Avanti International Resort and Avanti Palms Resort hotels, both located on International Drive in Orlando, in the United States.

Brasif’s activities involved the prospection of the properties and acquisition from previous operators. Following that, a new and modern architectural project was developed, with a complete renovation of the structure, as well as a redesign of the hotel’s service model, which ensured a high occupancy rate and an increase in average daily rates since their reopening. The brand – Avanti – was created by Brasif, incorporating this new concept.

The Avanti International opened in 2013 and has 652 rooms with the possibility of expansion for a further 357 rooms, as well as service and entertainment areas.

The Avanti Palms was inaugurated in 2018 and has 652 rooms, service and entertainment areas, as well as exclusive spaces for conventions and events.
